1. PLI FORM: INDUSTRIAL TRAINING APPLICATION FORM (in Log Book) attach with a. RESUME/CV (download) b. SUBJECT/COURSE CHECKLIST FORM (download)
3. So, please fill in all the blanks.
4. Next, please do visit this http://ppa.ump.edu.my/li/
Click Permohonan Menjalani LI (PLI)/ LI Online registration.
Then the screen will be displayed
So the username is your matrix number and password is your identity card number.
Please complete step 1 only.
And now, submit to BPA lar…Opps.. Make sure PLI hardcopy is approved by your PA.
