I got to visit Singapore on May 29, 2008, and it was a really fun trip! Everything there was so different from back home, especially the views, the people, and how easy it was to get around. I had an awesome time. I also checked out the Malay Village near the Sultan Mosque and saw some cool stuff happening there.
We were actually in Johor Bahru visiting my sister, and my dad decided we should take a quick trip to Singapore. The food was great, but wow, it was pricey! With the exchange rate being $S1.00 to RM2.60, a $S5.00 meal cost RM13.00 – that’s a lot for Malaysia!
